Commercial & Regulatory Clauses
Jurisdiction: Alipore, WBSeller Status & Manufacturer Guarantees
Divya Solar is just a seller, so each product's guarantee / warranty / service all depend on the respective manufacturer Company's terms & conditions. (We are not the manufacturer of any items; we only sell authorized genuine products).
No Return & Non-Refundable Policy
The sold out materials are not to be taken back & not to be refunded the amount of invoice once ordered and dispatched.
Payment Terms
The purchaser will pay 100% advance against Estimate / Proforma Invoice (PI) prior to product dispatch and installation staging.
Estimate Validity
This estimate is valid only 3 (three) days from the date of generation. Prices are subject to raw material and factory OEM revisions thereafter.
Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of or in connection with transactions or installation contracts are subject to Alipore jurisdiction only.
CESC & WBSEDCL Documentation & Statutory Fees
DIVYA SOLAR will assist and guide the customer in preparing and submitting all necessary documents required by CESC & WBSEDCL. However, all statutory fees, application charges, meter-related charges, testing fees, or any other charges payable to CESC, WBSEDCL, Government authorities, or any third party shall be borne and paid by the customer.
